Complete the following for time:
5 lunges (each leg)/5 dumbbell push press 30#/5 dips
10 lunges/10 DB push press/10 dips
15 lunges/15 DB push press/15 dips
20 lunges/20 DB push press/20 dips
25 lunges/25 DB push press/25 dips
20 lunges/20 DB push press/20 dips
15 lunges/15 DB push press/15 dips
10 lunges/10 DB push press/10 dips
5 lunges/5 DB push press/5 dips
