Today's Small Victories
1) I missed going to the box today. Though a rest day, I wanted to work on pull-ups and GHD sit-ups. Instead, I chose to help my students with their papers. I refuse to feel bad about this.
Morning Workout: 1 hour yoga
Notes (to myself) about this workout: Yoga rocks. I'm not a fan of the downward dog. It hurts my upper back because I'm still trying to get used to it. Oh well...
